Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By using Stone Zen, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

2. License

Stone Zen is licensed, not sold. Unless a custom end-user license agreement is presented to you, your use is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these Terms conflict with that agreement, the Apple agreement controls to the extent required for your App Store license.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Stone Zen only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. The Game

Stone Zen is a stone-sorting puzzle game. We may add, change, rebalance, or remove levels, features, virtual items, audiovisual content, and other parts of the game over time.

5. Progress and Local Data

Game progress, energy, consumable balances, tutorial state, and settings are stored locally on your device. Stone Zen does not currently provide an account or cloud-sync service. Deleting the game, resetting the device, changing devices, or losing local data may permanently remove your progress and virtual items. We cannot guarantee that lost local progress can be restored.

6. Energy, Consumables, and Rewarded Ads

• Energy, undo uses, and additional-platform uses are virtual game items with no cash value
• The game may offer an optional rewarded ad in exchange for a specified virtual benefit
• Ad availability depends on third-party services, network access, region, and technical conditions
• A reward may not be available if an ad is interrupted or the provider does not confirm completion
• You may decline a rewarded ad and continue using the game's ordinary features, subject to the game's energy and consumable rules

7. Purchases

Stone Zen does not currently offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. If paid features are introduced, the applicable price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before purchase and these Terms will be updated where necessary.

8. Acceptable Use

• Do not use Stone Zen in violation of applicable law
• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate advertising or rewards, or interfere with the game's operation
• Do not introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt services used by the game
• Do not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the game except where applicable law expressly permits it

9. Intellectual Property

Stone Zen and its code, art, audio, designs, text, trademarks, and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only the limited right to use the game under Section 2.

10. Third-Party Services and Content

Stone Zen uses third-party services, including Apple platform services, Unity Gaming Services, Unity LevelPlay, and advertising networks. Third-party ads and services are controlled by their providers and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We do not endorse or control third-party ad content.

11. Availability, Updates, and Termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue Stone Zen or any feature at any time, subject to applicable law. You may stop using the game at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security, legal requirements, or a material violation of these Terms.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stone Zen is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, continued availability of any level, ad, reward, or feature, or preservation of locally stored progress. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, opportunity, or profits arising from Stone Zen. Our liability is not limited where applicable law does not permit a limitation, including for fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-excludable liability.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when Stone Zen, our services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
